- Windstream Communications, Inc. filed Supplement No. 6 to Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 1, on 7/11/07 to become effective on 7/17/07, which proposes to grandfather a residential long distance plan that will no longer be offered to new customers to make corrections to a business long distance offering.

- Joint Application filed on 7/16/07 by North Pittsburgh Telephone Company and Penn Telecom, Inc. for all approvals of the acquisition by Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. of all of the stock of the Joint Applicants’ Corporate Parent, North Pittsburgh Systems, Inc.

- Affiliated Interest Agreement filed 7/16/07 among North Pittsburgh Telephone Company, Penn Telecom, Inc., Consolidated Communications, Inc., Consolidated Communications, Texas, Inc., North Pittsburgh Systems, Inc., Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. and all the other guarantors of, and grantors of collateral for the loan facilities.

- Agreement dated 5/7/05 and filed on 7/16/07 to become 8/15/07, between Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. and Granville Township, relative with the right, privilege and authority to construct, maintain, operate and inspect and from time to time, reconstruct, rearrange, replace, renew and thereafter maintain, operate and inspect poles, anchors, brace poles, conduits, interface cabinets, cables and wires. - TDS Telecom/Mahanoy & Mahantango Telephone Company filed Supplement No. 160 to Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 5 on 7/13/07 to become effective on 7/15/07, which proposes to add the Caller ID promotion.

- TDS Telecom/Deposit Telephone Company filed Supplement No. 98 to Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 1 on 7/13/07 to become effective on 7/15/07, which proposes to add the Caller ID promotion.

- TDS Telecom/Sugar Valley Telephone Company filed Supplement No. 174 to Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 3 on 7/13/07 to become effective on 7/15/07, which proposes to add the Caller ID promotion.
