- Affiliated Interest Agreement between Verizon Services Corporation on behalf of Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. and Verizon North Inc. and various affiliates of Verizon PA and Verizon North and Celco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless filed on 7/17/07 to become effective 8/17/07, for Attachment 3 to the Master Services Agreement and Amended and Restated Master Services Agreement.

- Affiliated Interest Agreement between Verizon Services Organization Inc. on behalf of Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. and Verizon North Inc. and various affiliates of Verizon PA and Verizon North and MCI Communications Services, Inc. d/b/a Verizon Business Services on 7/16/07 to become effective on 8/17/07 for Amendment 30 to the Telecommunications Services Agreement.

- Affiliated Interest Agreement between Verizon Services Corp., on behalf of Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. and Verizon North Inc. and various affiliates of Verizon PA and Verizon North and Verizon Business Network Services, Inc., on behalf of Verizon Global Networks Inc. and various former MCI Affiliates, Bell Atlantic Communications, Inc. d/b/a Verizon Long Distance, Nynex Long Distance Company d/b/a Verizon Enterprise Solutions, and Verizon Select Services Inc. filed on 7/18/07 to become effective on 8/17/07, for Attachment 16 to the Mast Services Agreement.

- Affiliated Interest Agreement between Verizon Services Organization Inc., on behalf of Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. and Verizon North Inc. and various affiliates of Verizon PA and Verizon North, and Bell Atlantic Communications, Inc. d/b/a Verizon Long Distance and Verizon Select Services Inc. filed on 7/18/07 to become effective on 8/17/07, for Call Management Signaling Service Agreement.

- Bell Atlantic Communications, Inc. d/b/a Verizon Long Distance filed Supplement No. 85 to Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 1, on 7/19/07 to become effective on 7/23/07, which proposes to add a qualifying local package to Business Unlimited Long Distance Service Bundled Service Option.
