- Joint Petition of Verizon North Inc. Ygnition Networks, Inc. filed on 6/21/07, for approval of an Interconnection Agreement under Section 252 (e) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

 

- Buffalo Valley Telephone Co. filed Supplement No. 58 to Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 7, on 6/27/07 to become effective on 7/1/07, which proposes to remove services that are down declared as competitive in Pennsylvania.

 

- Buffalo Valley Telephone Co. filed Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 500, on 6/27/07 to become effective on 7/1/07, which proposes to include services previously listed in BVT’s Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 7.

 

- Conestoga Telephone & Telegraph Co. filed Supplement No. 218 to Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 10, on 6/27/07 to become effective on 7/1/07, which proposes to remove services that are down declared as competitive in Pennsylvania.

 

- Conestoga Telephone & Telegraph Co. filed Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 500, on 6/27/07 to become effective on 7/1/07, which proposes to include services previously listed in BVT’s Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 7.

 

- Denver and Ephrata Telephone & Telegraph Co. filed Supplement No. 263 to Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 15, on 6/27/07 to become effective on 7/1/07, which proposes to remove services that are down declared as competitive in Pennsylvania.

 

- Denver and Ephrata Telephone & Telegraph Co. filed Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 500, on 6/27/07 to become effective on 7/1/07, which proposes to include services previously listed in BVT’s Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 7.

 

- Petition of Palmerton Telephone Company filed on 6/15/07, for a determination pursuant to 53 P.S. Section 10619 that the placement of an equipment building, specifically, the construction of a building housing a digital loop carrier at the intersection of Molasses Valley Road and Pine Grove Road in Eldred Township, Monroe County, is reasonably necessary for the convenience or welfare of the public.

 

- Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. filed Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 216, on 6/29/07 to become effective on 8/28/07, which proposes to delete rates and verbiage associated with STP Port – Termination and SS7 Link that Verizon PA is no longer required to provide as unbundled network elements (UNES). There are no customers currently purchasing these services from Verizon PA.

 

- Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. filed Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 1, on 6/29/07 to become effective on 7/2/07, which proposes to provide a new promotional offering for qualifying business customers who change to Verizon PA for local service. Customers eligible for this promotion are business customers who: 1) never had local service in PA and sign up with Verizon PA, or 2) change to Verizon PA from another local service provider for the 24-month local exchange term plan, or a term commitment of at least 36 months of the Custopak Service, as a direct result of Verizon PA’s outbound telemarketing, direct mail, or other target marketing activities.

 

- Verizon North Inc. filed Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 4, on 6/29/07 to become effective on 7/2/07, which proposes to provide a new promotional offering for qualifying business customers who change to Verizon PA for local service. Customers eligible for this promotion are business customers who: 1) never had local service in PA and sign up with Verizon PA, or 2) change to Verizon PA from another local service provider for the 24-month local exchange term plan, or a term commitment of at least 36 months of the Custopak Service, as a direct result of Verizon PA’s outbound telemarketing, direct mail, or other target marketing activities.
