- Windstream Pennsylvania, Inc. filed Supplement No. 17 to Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 7, on 8/8/07 to become effective on 9/2/07, which proposes to remove deregulated information and/or add disclaimer information regarding deregulated items on specific bundles already in place.

- Frontier Communications of Oswayo River, LLC filed Supplement No. 94 to Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 5 on 8/9/07 to become effective on 8/3/07, which proposes to introduce the Digital Phone Enhanced Feature Package.

- United Telephone Company of Pennsylvania d/b/a Embarq Pennsylvania filed Supplement No. 314 to Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 26, on 8/8/07 to become effective on 8/10/07, which proposes to introduce a new residential promotion.
