- Agreement dated 12/11/06, between Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. and Clinton County Sewer Authority relative to a revocable, nonexclusive license authorizing the placement of licensee’s facilities on licensor’s poles as set forth in Exhibit B for the purpose of attaching to four poles. Poles are D1-1, D1-1 ½, D1-2, and D1-3, located on Draketown Road situated in the City of Lock Haven, Clinton County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

- Verizon Pennsylvania, Inc. filed Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 500, on 8/17/07 to become effective on 8/20/07, which proposes to clarify language and correct the location name for the Verizon Long Distance Plan 0 Service.

- Joint Petition of Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. and KMC Data, LLC filed on 8/17/07, for approval of adoption of an Interconnection Agreement under Section 252(I) of the Telecommunications Act 1996.

- Joint Petition of Verizon North Inc. and KMC Data, LLC filed on 8/17/07, for approval of adoption of an Interconnection Agreement under Section 252(I) of the Telecommunications Act 1996.

- Verizon North Inc. filed Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 11, 8/17/07 to become effective on 8/20/07, which proposes to clarify language and correct the location name for the Verizon Long Distance Plan 0 Service.

- Citizens Telecommunications Co. of New York, Inc. d/b/a Frontier Communications of New York, Inc. filed Supplement No. 43 to Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 2, on 8/14/07 to become effective on 8/15/07, which proposes to add Enhanced Feature Pack to Frontier Digital Phone Service and Frontier Unlimited NY Bundle Service.
