- Affiliated Interest Agreement for Amendment No. 8 to the Kiosk Sales Agreement between Verizon Services Corporation on behalf of Verizon Pennsylvania, Inc. and various Affiliates of Verizon PA and Verizon Wireless, filed on 9/11/07 to become effective on 10/11/07. The Amendment No. 8 is filed to delete and replace the second sentence of Section 2 with “Kiosk” means either a stand-alone or wall-mounted merchandising demonstration fixture.
