- Windstream Pennsylvania, Inc. filed Supplement No. 23 to Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 7, on 9/7/07 to become effective on 10/10/07, which proposes to add a new service designed for customers who purchase a Voice Over IP Switch and convert their traditional access line service to Direct Inward Dial (DID) on an ISDN PRI.

- South Canaan Telephone Company filed Supplement No. 76 to Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 7, filed on 9/7/07 to become effective on 9/10/07, which proposes to add a bundled service package.
