- Buffalo Valley Telephone Company filed Supplement No. 1 to Tariff Telephone PA PUC No. 500, on 9/4/07 to become effective on 9/5/07, which proposes to list non-recurring charges that are applicable to its competitive services. In addition, ministerial administrative tariff changes are being made.
