There are two basic classifications of Association members.
Active - Any entity
regulated under the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission providing local
telephone service as a public utility within the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.
Active Member
Application
Associate - Any
entity which manufactures or distributes any telecommunication equipment,
or supplies to or performs services for Active members of the Association.
